Houston will be home of the first ever museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi in North America. Sitting on 3 acres of land, the museum will showcase various world leaders and their journeys depicting the power of peaceful resistance. The overall goal is to create an educational organization highlighting the life and work of Mahatma Gandhi.

A compound sitting on 35 acres includes 2 hotels, Exxon gas station, truck stop, retail center and Washateria. The truck stop contains a media room, fitness center, game room, showers, washer / dryers and dining area. Restaurants include Checkers, Dickey’s BBQ and Taco Corner. This was a complex project which also included a total of 16,000 yards of concrete poured just for the paving area! Located in Hockley, TX and completed in August 2020.
Opened in May 2021, Even Hotels is a 5 story, 125 room hotel located in Shenandoah, TX just a few miles north of The Woodlands. Even Hotels, the newest brand from IHG is a lifestyle hotel brand offering a holistic wellness experience where each room has its own fitness zone including a TRX system. Along with that, this Green Engage sustainable hotel includes a community athletic studio, 7 accessible rooms, 2 meeting rooms, business center, full restaurant and bar, swimming pool and outdoor seating area with fire place.
